For home sessions, I bring portable equipment including resistance bands, dumbbells, and other tools. You don't need to buy anything. For online clients, I design programs based on whatever equipment you have β€” even zero equipment bodyweight programs.

How does online coaching work?

After a free consultation, you receive a detailed workout plan and meal plan. We have live video sessions where I coach you in real time, correct your form via video, and adjust your plan weekly based on progress. You have WhatsApp access for daily support.

Is nutrition coaching included?

Yes! All coaching packages include nutrition guidance. I create personalized meal plans based on your goals, food preferences, and lifestyle β€” not generic diet charts.

Can I train if I have injuries or health issues?
